Hiring Sr Back End Developer

Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Back-End Developer to join our Paris team full-time and contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure, scalable server-side infrastructure for our medical imaging applications.
You will:
Develop and optimize Node.js and PostgreSQL-based back-end systems
Implement robust data models and APIs, ensuring performance, scalability, and data integrity
Collaborate closely with front-end developers and DevOps to deliver secure, end-to-end features
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices for handling medical data
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Required: Strong proficiency in Node.js and PostgreSQL
Solid understanding of back-end architecture and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Familiarity with RESTful API design and authentication systems
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience with secure data management and medical or privacy-sensitive environments is a major plus
Exposure to front-end technologies for effective collaboration
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is appreciated
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Requirements
